Salaried staff

Your non-salaried employees might be paid according to shifts or days worked. We’ll calculate the appropriate hourly rates for you from the submitted timecards. We’ll take into account different pay scales according to age or experience.

If your salary package includes different rates for unsocial hours, or hours worked outside standard 9-5 or shift patterns, we’ll make sure these are calculated appropriately.  

Flexible working

Flexible working requests are now enshrined in employment law. We’ll help you to ensure that flexible hours and days are taken into account on payslips. 

Zero hours contracts

If you have “zero hours” (also known as casual) arrangements with certain employees – for example, to help during busy periods – we can manage the payments for you. 

Night and sleepover allowances

Employing care workers often requires separate or additional allowances for overnight shifts, which also might take place away from your main premises. We’ll make sure these are taken into account on an employee’s hourly, daily or monthly payslip. 

Timecard calculations

If your staff clock in and clock out, we’ll take the headache out of calculating weekly or monthly wages by producing accurate “hours worked” reports and adding up the correct payments.

Reporting to HMRC – compliance

We’ll take care of your monthly HMRC reporting, sending the summary of payments and deductions well in advance of the deadline. We check and double-check your payroll figures, ensuring you’re always compliant with HMRC legislation and paying the correct tax and employers NI.

Payroll runs as and when you need them

Payroll isn’t always monthly or every four weeks – specific projects or busy times of year might require additional payroll runs. Let us know what you need and we’ll make sure it gets done.

Final payments

When an employee is leaving, their final payslip may contain additional additions or deductions, depending on when in the month they leave, unclaimed holiday allowances etc. We’ll make sure there are no loose ends when a staff member leaves your organisation. 

Bonuses
